Get to Know Me Pt.8

This is a series of random facts about me, so you can get to know me a little bit better. These are all just for fun, and remember if you have any questions for me, Leave a comment! I love getting to know people who read this little space I call my blog.

This is a bit of an older photo, but as I was looking through my photos and I found this one I thought it represented a bit of my goofy side. I have to confess that I'm probably the corniest person you'll ever meet, I think jokes like "Why did the chicken cross the road..." are hilarious and I cannot make a joke to save my life.

Before I married my husband I was terrified that he might not get my corny humor, or that I wouldn't be able to be myself. Though we had known each other for five years, when you get married everything is exposed. To my surprise my husband can be as corny as I am and though sometimes he just shakes his head he usually comes back with an awesome remark that makes me laugh even more. I love that man so much.

We got married when I was 22 turning 23, and fun fact, our anniversary, both our birthdays and valentines day are all on the same month. Poor guy. But he still manages to make it amazing.

I am currently loving the show House of DVF on E! and inspired by Diane Von Furstenberg. But I'll get into that a little bit on tomorrow's post.

I am hosting my family on Thanksgiving and I'm freaking out just little bit. I'll also post about my inspiration for decor on a later post. And I'll share the photos right after Thanksgiving.

I've been glued to the Food Network learning from the pro's.

My favorite chef is Bobby Flay and I'm dying to go to the Miami Beach Food & Wine festival whenever he comes along. Have you ever been to a food and wine festival? I haven't, so I'd love to hear what it's like.

My favorite breakfast food is Lux Bagels. A bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and capers. You can add other ingredients like tomatoes, lettuce and onion, think of a burger but instead of meat, salmon and instead of a bun, a bagel. Don't knock it 'till you try it!

I've been day dreaming about dying my hair a soft pink, but know I would never do it because my hair is so dark it would ruin it and I love my hair. But one can dream hey?

I lived in Sydney, Australia for three years and it was the best time in my life. My husband and I want to go back so bad, but all in due time.

Hope you stay warm! :)
